Abstract
Between 1914 and 1918, the First World War was also fought in a far corner of Africa, there Germany also faced the allies. The Germans were led by an officer, Paul Von Lettow-Vorbeck, who has passed into legend for his performance in this campaign, his far superior enemies being unable to defeat him. But to accomplish this feat, he had to organize, equip, and maintain his troops in a formidable exercise in military readiness and resource optimization. In this article we are going to know where they came from, how they were armed and organized and how these soldiers remained.
