Abstract
The purpose of this article focuses on the contribution that Spain made for the Independence of the Thirteen North American Colonies. In this case and in order to shed light on the shadows and oblivion that has been placed on our nation throughout history, this writing is pronounced as a vindication of the transcendental role and deep roots of Spain in what we know today as USA.
