ON THE REFERENCE UNIT AND THE CALCULATION OF THE THRESHOLDS FOR COLLECTIVE DISMISSAL

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to undertake the study of the reference unit and the calculation of the thresholds for collective dismissal, without forgetting the so-called compass rule, and to shed some light on its complex legal regime, in light of the most recent pronouncements of the social jurisdiction and the doctrine of the CJEU.
