A BRIEF REFLECTION ON CERTAIN TRENDS THAT ARE UNDERMINING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
Abstract
In recent years, concerning trends have emerged that undermine the prominence and regulatory effectiveness of collective bargaining. The lack of clear legal structuring, the excessive ease of challenging agreements, and a certain passivity among social actors all contribute to its deterioration. In this context, there is a call to strengthen the legal value of collective bargaining as a democratic cornerstone of labor regulation.
