LEX SPORTIVA AND LABOR LAW: NEW RULES FOR CONTRACT TERMINATION WITHOUT JUST CAUSE IN PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between the termination of professional football players’ employment contracts and their subsequent federative transfers. First, it explores the establishment of the initial employment relationship. Secondly, it addresses the implications of signing a new contract with a second club, including associated business.
