Otredad y duda frente a la realidad: R. A. Salvatore y su construcción del personaje de Drizzt Do’Urden
Resumen
El pasado medieval es una importante fuente de inspiración para la narrativa contemporánea. A través de nuestros ojos, la Edad Media se ve modificada y re-construida para adaptarse a nuevas narrativas que la actualizan al tiempo que modifican lo que entendemos sobre ella. El género de la fantasía es un espacio idóneo para llevar a cabo esta reinterpretación. Y es precisamente en este espacio donde se enmarca este trabajo, en el cual se pretende estudiar el papel de la otredad y el choque con la comunidad en la obra de R. A. Salvatore, a través de uno de los personajes más conocidos del mundo de juegos de rol de Dungeons and Dragons: Drizzt Do’Urden.Referencias
