Resumen
¡El oso ruso ha despertado de su letargo invernal! Esta es una frase que se repite continuamente en la actualidad, refiriéndose a la creciente intervención de Rusia en los asuntos de los países de su periferia próxima. Muchos se sorprenden por este hecho y aseguran que Vladimir Putin ha perdido el contacto con la realidad, está produciendo una escalada irracional frente a Europa, y se encuentra aislado del resto del mundo.
