Abstract

This article studies the philosophical yields that are present in the relationship between Hegel’s concept of recognition and global justice with the aim of contributing to the development of an ethical-political foundation for human mobility from the perspective of Hegel’s thought. This is intended to show that of the link between recognition, ethics and law, some contributions arise either for a theory of human mobility as to a theory of global justice.
