Abstract

The wars of the 21st century are not resolved on the battlefield. Modern technology renders armies invulnerable, making defeat on the battlefield impossible. For this reason, military action moves to new fields, recreating political and judicial practices as new instruments of war. With this, lawfare today becomes the most effective instrument of combat.
