Fees

Neomedieval is a diamond open access publication with no fees of any kind.

The journal is produced thanks to the work of its members and the public call for support for the creation and maintenance of URJC academic journals. 

In accordance with the principles of open science, the publication is completely free of charge for both authors and readers. Neomedieval offers immediate free and open access to its content in order to make scientific research available to the whole of society, following the principles set out in Plan S and the AmeliCA principles of open science. Users can also publish, read, download, copy and distribute all the full texts of the papers, whether they are their own or those of other national or international authors, without being charged any remuneration (APC - Article Processing Charge).

The journal explicitly opposes the increasingly common practices of academic capitalism and the monopoly of large companies dedicated to the dissemination of research. On the contrary, it is firmly committed to deepening the public dimension of scientific research and its open access for the entire community.
